If you still can’t get past that 13 seconds that’s about as perfect as it gets in football – if you’re a Kansas City Chiefs fan, that is – or that overtime win, then you must see the interior of this Missouri duplex for sale.

“Are you the ultimate (chefs) fan and the ultimate investor??? listing agent Jonathan Leach with SWMO’s Keller Williams Realty asked on Facebook in December. “So this duplex is calling you.”

The Complete Joplin duplex listed $275,000 and is still on sale as of Monday, Jan. 24, according to the listing, as Chiefs fans still enjoy that crazy playoff win over the Buffalo Bills.

It landed on a “best of Zillow” fan page during gameplay, and Zillow Gone Wild considers it “the perfect home for a @Chiefs fan,”

The listing shows that both sides are currently rented and it is approximately 3,437 square feet of living space.

Before arriving at this living space, you will be greeted by Kansas City Chiefs artwork on the driveway on one side, as well as red and black tiles as you enter from one side of the duplex. It really sets the tone for the rest of the house, as you find yourself immersed in a world of chefs.

Take the Chiefs’ arrow logo centered on the main lounge floor, for example.

Then there’s the kitchen, where the room’s red, yellow, and black tiled backsplash is balanced with a tiled floor showcasing the Chiefs’ helmets, arrowheads, and footballs. And when you look up, you’ll find it’s still a cloudy day and blue skies.

When you need to use the restroom or do your laundry, you can always be surrounded in Chiefs colors. Yes, the walls are yellow and red and some tiles are too.

Also in the house are red tartan rugs and even a Chiefs football “pitch” on the floor.

Zillow Gone Wild fans had all kinds of reactions to the duplex.

“This game tonight got me so excited I can buy that,” one person replied.

“Well, I love the Chiefs, I’m watching them right now, and it’s a bit much“said another.

“His all the fun and games until the Chiefs change their logo,” one person commented.

“It’s the flooring and paint…easily changed,” wrote another. “The rest of the house is great. I want buy it in a snap.”
